Danish Rosewood Nest of Tables

A nest of 1960s Danish rosewood tables in wonderful, original condition, comprising a long table topped with 10 ceramic tiles in an attractive deep blue and gold design, and two smaller tables each with lovely graining throughout complete the suite.

The tiles are most likely a design for the Royal Copenhagen 'Baca' series with the abstract, radiating motif, often used by one of their leading ceramic artists / designers, Nils Thorsson (1898-1975).
