Holger Georg Jensen / Kubus Teak Coffee Table

Designed by Holger Georg Jensen and dating from the 1960s, this teak Kubus coffee table (Model 75) has a beautifully detailed circular top over three distinctively shaped and slanting legs terminating in a triangular base. 

In extremely good condition with minimal signs of use.

About the Designer:  Holger Georg Jensen (1927-2001)

Holger Georg Jensen trained as a carpenter before taking over the management in the mid-1950s, of his father, W. Jensen’s business - Tøndor Mobelvaerk in Tønder, Southern Denmark, which ceased trading in 1980.  During the 1960s, Holger Georg Jensen became best known for the various coffee tables in his ‘Kubus’ collection of designs as well as a very distinctive rocking chair.
