A Danish pine and dark brown leather semi-reclining armchair in a very individual and good looking somewhat masculine style dating from the 1970s. Designed by Soren Nissen & Ebbe Gehl for Jeki Mobler with leather strap arms looped round the chair uprights and a generously-sized sling seat which adjusts the chair into two seating positions; one slightly reclining. The well-cushioned single leather seat pad is in extremely good condition with no tears and all original buttons in place, whilst the suede backed sling seat has very minor chaffing along the top edge and corners of the chair back commensurate with age related wear.
