Ole Wanscher / France & Son FD120 Rocker

Dating from the 1950s, this FD120 rocker, designed by Ole Wanscher (1903-1985) leading exponent of the Danish mid-20^th century modern movement and produced by France & Son (labelled and numbered) in a nicely patinated teak frame with the original black faux leather, buttoned, sprung and vented cushions.  The wonderfully deceptive simplicity yet sturdy design of this stylish rocker in superb, unrestored condition with sound joints and minimal signs of very light usage despite its age.  The chair has merely been cleaned and polished with new webbing to the seat support.
