Rolf Benz DONO Tan Leather Sofa

Designed in 2004 for Rolf Benz by Christian Werner (b. 1959 Berlin) to celebrate the 40^th anniversary of the company and to similarly reflect the current advancement in furniture design as that experienced in the early 1960s.

Produced in 2010 this two-seater sofa in the instantly recognisable form with a rectangular slab-shaped seat and backrest cushions covered in superb quality tan leather, raised on a chromed steel frame with a walnut shelf.

The cushions can be simply hung into position anywhere along the full-length shelf providing alternative seating configurations, and the main seat slab can be pulled forward on internal rollers to transform the sofa into a day bed or guest bed to fulfil the versatile requirements of present-day lifestyles.

In exceptionally good and original condition throughout with minimal signs of use.

Please note this is an exceptionally heavy piece of furniture.
