Beaver & Tapley Teak Bureau - Now Sold
Designed by the multi award winning, Robert Heritage in 1960 for Beaver & Tapley, this labelled, teak bureau has a lockable, fall front enclosing pigeon holes flanked by two small recesses, over a pair of sliding cupboard doors with brass handles and raised on neatly squared legs. The fall front is deceptively large as it pivots beneath the interior section of pigeon holes which enables the unit to have a pleasingly slim profile.
The bureau provides a very attractive and compact storage solution and is in excellent, original condition, with minimal signs of use for a 50 year old item.
Dimensions: H 40”/102cm, W 30”/76cm, D 11”/28cm.
Item Ref. No. S33.
