Designed by Victor B Wilkins for G-Plan in the late 1960s, this Fresco dressing table – part of the most successful G-Plan range - dating from the 1970s and made from teak veneer and afromosia elements with the nicely rounded features including the distinctively sculptured inset handles to the four drawers and a discretely concealed, baize-lined drawer. Matched here with a contemporaneous dressing stool also made from afromosia. The dressing table is often used without the mirror as a very stylish modern desk especially as papers can easily be placed below the main surface to keep a clutter free workspace.
Still in beautiful condition with no obvious signs of wear and the baize-lined drawer is clean and completely tear free.
