Counter Stool after Marcel Breuer’s Cesca Chair  -  SOLD

The Marcel Breuer’s 1928 timeless classic – the Cesca chair - known for flexibility and comfortable seating position, is repeated here in this attractive counter stool using the same design of a cantilever frame in tubular chromed steel with a woven cane seat and back rest.  Labelled, Made in Italy, the stool incorporates small rounded stops at the front base of the frame to prevent it pitching forward. This example is in extremely good, lightly used condition showing minimal signs of wear.
