1960s Poul Hundevad Danish Teak Dining Table/Games Table               

In superb, original condition throughout, this very attractive and versatile extending teak dining table with a reversible top, the under-side of which is baize-lined transforming the piece to a games table or card table. Designed by Poul Hundevad (1917-2011) and bearing the Danish Furniture Makers’ Control Brand and monogram, the table is raised on nicely figured, tapering legs with the square top extending to a rectangle by two pull-out leaves on either side to comfortably seat six people.  A rare and lovely example of minimalist mid-century modern design.
