Danish Light Teak Extending Dining Table

A mid-20^th century Danish light teak dining table in oval form which extends with two additional leaves to an extremely long dining (98½”/250cm max), meeting or boardroom table. The table can comfortably seat 10 people or more and the two additional leaves can be stored in a niche under the table surface when not in use.  Raised on four round and tapering, detachable legs and the top surface has a ‘D’ or thumb shaped edge has minimal signs of colour change – with only one of the two extra leaves being slightly darker where it has been seldom used.

In excellent, vintage condition throughout this table has a Made in Denmark stamp on the underside and hand-written number.

Dimensions:  H 29”/74cm, W41½”/105cm, L 59”/150cm min or 98½/250cm max (each leaf 19¾/50cm).
